Trauma has Plagued You Long Enough

You're living a life scarred by trauma or maybe even completely painted in trauma and find that it interferes with your day-to-day living. It makes it hard to participate in life without the disturbance of unexplained, unnecessary emotions and behaviors. It can even lead to other difficulties, such as other anxieties or depression.

Trauma can come in many forms, such as abuse, neglect, accidents, disasters, etc., and it could be acute or chronic.  It can sometimes affect the brain and how it operates making it difficult to manage without tailored care for you specifically.

We can set goals that are realistic for you that can include desensitizing feelings tied to your trauma and updating the traumatic memories with the goal of making life more pleasurable for you.  This process can be less re-traumatizing than other methods.
